As of May of 2024, Kayla began her role as General Manager of Hospital Operations at Animal Medical Center of Plainfield. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer at The Wright Center for Women's Health, where she led significant revenue growth, delivered operational excellence, and created a culture of discipline and engaged employees. 

Outside of her professional achievements, Kayla is a dedicated mom to her 14-year-old son, Christian, and proud owner of three amazing cats: Kovu, Simba, and Lucky. She is passionate about fitness and health, leadership, reading, traveling, and values-driven vision execution.
