What incredible doctors, techs, especially Lauren, and customer reception staff. Always kind, courteous, and sensitive to the needs of the pets and pet parents. Maggie has allergies and the doctors & techs have gone the extra mile to help her. Maggie is our third dog over the years and we have taken all of our pets to Animal Medical Care of Plainfield. I highly recommend them. Your pet and you will be well cared for.

Theresa was very helpful from the phone call to the visit. Megan was a amazing,gentle helpfull and informative. The kindness they both showed me and my dog was so welcoming and really put me at ease with the whole visit.

We brought our dog Beanie in for an emergency. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a young gentleman and Leah who were very nice to us. Leah kept us comfortable until we were called back to a room & even after check out. In the room we met Lexie or Lexa and she was so pleasant and answered all of our questions. The vet Kathleen T was also so warm and supportive. She gave us a lot of good information and we were super comfortable with trusting her with our Beanie. I cannot believe how nice every single person we spoke to was. Including all the front desk people that were working that afternoon/evening. Such a breath of fresh air from other experiences I’ve had with different animal hospitals. We completely trust them and are satisfied with the service they provided. Thank you!
