Dr. John Michael is the Medical Director and Partner at Animal Medical Center of Plainfield. He joined the practice in 2007 after earning his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois. His primary interests include small animal medicine and surgery, with a special focus on internal medicine and orthopedic surgery.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Dr. Michael enjoys staying active at the gym, playing pickleball, and attending sporting events. He is a dedicated fan of the Fighting Illini, the Bears, the Bulls, and the White Sox..
