Brittany is a driven and hands-on leader at Animal Medical Center (AMC), where she has been a key contributor to the hospital’s growth and success. Starting her journey at AMC in 2015, she quickly advanced her career by demonstrating a strong work ethic, a passion for developing people, and a commitment to operational excellence. Brittany’s leadership style is characterized by her ability to execute, adapt, and lead with positivity, always striving to mentor others and streamline processes. Her approach focuses on playing to the strengths of her team, empowering individuals to grow, and continuously learning to elevate both the business and the people within it.

Outside of work, Brittany is family-oriented and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.. Some of their favorite activities include cruising in her husband’s classic cars, cheering at basketball games, trying new restaurants, shopping, and watching movies together. Brittany also loves spending time in nature, which she finds to be a perfect way to relax and recharge. She values creating lasting memories with her loved ones through activities like hosting game nights and spending quality time with friends.

Brittany is also a passionate animal lover and proud pet parent to two dogs, Rolo (a Rottweiler) and Gia (a Boxer). Compassionate, empathetic, and outgoing, Brittany strives to bring positivity and warmth wherever she goes, whether in the workplace or beyond.
