Dr Jennifer Marlatt grew up in a small farm town just south of Champaign-Urbana. She developed a passion for veterinary medicine at a young age and graduated from St. George University in 2013.  After a couple years in mixed animal practice,  she decided to focus solely on emergency medicine.  She loves AMC and how much of a family everyone is. 

When not working overnight shifts, she enjoys spending time on her small hobby farm.  Dr. Marlatt is also part of a private horse barn where she competes in hunter jumper shows.  Whenever she has the chance to get away she enjoys traveling with her husband. She is a great outdoor enthusiast  up for adventures.  She has 3 black Labradors (Coal, Luke and Bull) 2 horses (Finn and Chase) 3 cats ( Reba, Paisley, Miranda) and numerous chickens.
